身兼室內設計/建築事務所負責人、作家、DJ、電台節目主持人、編輯、咖啡店店主等多重身份，野村訓示曾在受訪時笑稱無法在一時半刻內用幾句話來解釋自己的工作。雖然廣為人知的是他在潮流圈的好人緣，但藉由串連對的人做對的事，義無反顧地投身於與“文化”相關的任何事物，才是野村最珍視的信仰。
近年野村訓市也曾跨足電影產業，曾在魏斯安德森所執導的定格動畫電影<犬之島>中獻聲演出，並同時肩負幕後工作。不僅擔任編劇與選角導演，也身兼文化顧問，歷經縝密的歷史考察，讓角色與故事背景能有更為立體、真實的呈現。

Being a multi-hyphenate that circumscribes the roles as an interior designer, writer, DJ, radio personality, cafe owner and editor, Kunichi Nomura’s influence touches upon the realms of fashion, art, food, music and culture.
He lent his voice for the character of Mayor Kobayash in Wes Anderson’s unconventional animated animal adventure " ISLE OF DOGS ", while also working behind the scene as a co-writer, casting director and cultural consultant for the film.
